Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis of companies across various industries.

• Analyze financial statements, business models, operational performance, and key financial indicators.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, corporate projects, and potential business transactions.

• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment-related calculations.

• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and investment materials.

• Support the assessment and structuring of investment and corporate finance projects.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial analysis, consulting, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.

• Ability to analyze companies, assess business performance, and identify investment opportunities.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial information.

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial modeling and company valuation.

• Knowledge of investment analysis methodologies and corporate finance principles.

• Experience working with financial or investment projects.

• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
