We are looking for Engineering Service Manager

What we expect

Lead and manage engineering, capital investment, and infrastructure projects across the plants.
Analyze project requirements and provide technical recommendations and feasibility assessments.
Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation for new investments and improvement initiatives.
Manage project implementation from planning through commissioning, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding technical requirements, equipment specifications, and project execution schedules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing production efficiency, reliability, safety, and sustainability.
Supervise contractors and ensure proper execution of engineering, construction, and installation activities.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements during all project phases.
Verify quality and conformity of materials, equipment, and services used in project implementation.
Collaborate with the CCI Central Project Department and provide support to other plants when required.
Monitor project costs, control capital expenditure budgets, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Prepare project reports, communicate progress updates, and escalate risks or issues to management in a timely manner.
Ensure all engineering solutions comply with local legislation, environmental standards, and company policies.
Support the development and modernization of plant infrastructure and production facilities.

Qualifications

Higher technical education in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering project management, industrial engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
Experience managing capital investment and industrial infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project management principles, and industrial safety requirements.
Knowledge of local Building Authority and Industrial Authority regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD. Understanding of plant utilities, including Power Generation, Steam Production, and Compressed Air Systems.
Basic understanding of Medium- and Low-Voltage Electrical Systems.
Basic understanding of Automation and Control Systems.
Internal work regulations of the Company.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection, and environmental protection.
Ability to work in a team and demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility.
Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations and under stressful conditions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP.
English (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate), including the ability to understand technical documentation.
