We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and support marketing campaign operations and digital tools. It is the international company engaged in the distribution of tobacco products across Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities

Set up and launch marketing campaigns in bots, including campaign mechanics, functionality, and participation rules.

Translate marketing requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with Trade and Consumer Marketing teams.

Test new features and updates before campaign launches.

Prepare and publish campaign announcements across bots and related channels.

Monitor the performance of Field Force, Partner, and Consumer bots, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues.

Prepare technical specifications for developers and coordinate complex issues with the IT team.

Support users, liaise with field teams, and prepare reports on bot performance and user activity.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
Will Be an Advantage

Experience with Telegram bots, admin panels, or no-code tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Figma.

Experience in marketing, sales, or user support.
