Lecturer in IT & Computer Science (Adjunct Faculty)

The Role: We are looking for highly motivated, qualified IT professionals, engineers, and academics to join our faculty on a part-time, flexible basis (adjunct/freelance contract). Depending on your practical and academic expertise, you will be assigned to teach 1 or 2 modules from the following pathways:

• Core Computing: Computing Projects for Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Innovative Technologies and Connected Devices.

• Data Engineering: Advanced Database Practice, Programming for Data Engineering, Data Warehouses, Data Analytics and Machine Learning.

• Software Engineering: Advanced Programming, Client and Server Technologies, Virtualisation and Cloud Computing, Cloud Native Solutions.

• NetDevOps & Cyber Security: Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics, NetDevOps, Network and Cloud Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sessions (lectures/seminars) based on a structured syllabus.

• Assess and grade student assignments, including the final Advanced Project.

• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to support student development.

• Ensure academic integrity and adherence to international educational standards.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is required. A Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.

• Specialization: Your degree and experience must align with at least one of the specialized fields listed above.

• Language: Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is strictly required, as all teaching, materials, and assessments are conducted entirely in English.

• Experience: Proven teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience. Practical, real-world industry experience in your field of expertise is a significant advantage.
