Claims, Variations & Disputes: assessing and preparing responses to claims, variation requests and EOT, drafting and finalizing contractual correspondence, letters and notices, EPC and other stakeholders, supporting negotiations, mediation and arbitration, maintaining documentation for potential disputes.

Procurement & Commercial: supporting procurement strategy and tenders for large work packages, reviewing RFPs, evaluating proposals, making award recommendations, monitoring contractor KPIs, coordinating with finance and project controls on budgets, payment milestones and liquidated damages.

Risk & Compliance: identifying contractual risks and developing mitigation measures, ensuring compliance with local regulation and international practices, supporting audits, legal reviews and regulatory reporting.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: liaising with EPC contractors, consultants, lawyers and government authorities, coordinating technical, legal and commercial teams, regular reporting on contract status, claims, risks and commercial metrics; supporting reporting for senior management and the board.

Requirements:
